For the Layers

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, milk, cooled brewed coffee, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cocoa powder. Whisk vigorously until well blended.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb liquid.
  • Layer a generous amount of Tiramisu Chia Pudding into elegant serving glasses as the base layer.
  • Scoop Greek yogurt and layer gently on top of the chia pudding.
  • Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used.
  • Dust the top with cocoa powder and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Can freeze for up to 2 months and thaw overnight in the fridge.
