Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts thinly sliced for quick cooking
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for sautéing

For the Peanut Sauce

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter rich, nutty base
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce enhances umami flavor
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar adds tanginess
  • 1 tablespoon honey for natural sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice brightens flavor
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated adds warmth and spice

For the Wrap Filling

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas the base for wrap
  • 1 cup shredded carrots adds crunch and color
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper adds sweetness
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber offers refreshing crispness
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro adds herbaceous brightness
  • ¼ cup chopped roasted peanuts for added crunch

Cooking Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Once shimmering, add chicken slices in a single layer. Sauté for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and lime juice. Add ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until smooth.
  • Lay out tortillas on a clean surface. Spread peanut sauce down the center of each tortilla.
  • Divide cooked chicken among tortillas, placing it on top of the peanut sauce.
  • Sprinkle carrots, red bell pepper, cucumber, and cilantro over chicken.
  • Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the veggies for added crunch.
  • Starting from one side, roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides.
  • Slice each wrap diagonally in half and serve immediately.

Notes

These wraps are easy to customize. Store wraps and filling separately if made ahead of time to maintain freshness.
