  • Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil. Brown the seasoned roast on all sides for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Remove the roast and deglaze the pot with beef broth, scraping the bottom to lift flavorful bits.
  • Return the roast to the pot, add Worcestershire sauce and dried thyme, seal the lid, and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
  • Allow the Instant Pot to naturally release pressure for 15 minutes, then use quick release for any remaining pressure.
  • Remove the roast and let it rest for a few minutes to redistribute juices.
