  • 1 unit red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas trimmed

For the Sauce

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

For Thickening

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 2 unit green onions chopped
  • toasted sesame seeds

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken by combining soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar. Add chicken pieces and cover. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet. Stir frequently for about a minute until fragrant.
  • Add marinated chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • Stir in red bell pepper and snap peas. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vibrant.
  • Mix cornstarch with water until smooth. Pour over chicken and vegetables, cooking for another 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
  • Serve over jasmine rice or alongside noodles and enjoy!
