Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Asian Pork Tenderloin

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and Sriracha.
  • Place the pork tenderloin into a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • Remove the pork from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Pour the reserved marinade over the pork in the skillet.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast the pork for 15-20 minutes, basting halfway through.
  • Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes after roasting.
  • Slice the pork into medallions and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
