  • Pack the Kirby cucumbers into sterilized jars, leaving about 1 inch of headspace.
  • Slice habanero peppers and place them into the jars with the cucumbers.
  • Pour the prepared brine over the cucumbers in each jar, ensuring they are fully submerged.
  • Secure the jars with a lid and cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 48 hours.

Notes

Choose Kirby cucumbers for the best crunch. Adjust sugar and vinegar for taste. Ensure pickles are submerged in brine during storage.
