  • 1 cup Tomatoes, chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced enhances flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Culichi salsa the star ingredient

Shrimp Ingredients

  • 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined medium to large shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup Onion, diced sweet and savory
  • 1 teaspoon Jalapeño, diced optional, adjust spiciness

Instructions
 

Cooking Steps

  • Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat for about 2–3 minutes until shimmering.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until softened.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute without browning.
  • Add diced onion and optional jalapeño, sauté until onion is translucent, about 3–4 minutes.
  • Incorporate the Culichi salsa, stir well, and let simmer for a minute.
  • Introduce the shrimp, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 5–7 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For best taste, serve right after cooking and use fresh ingredients.
