  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter, add onion and garlic, sautéing for 4-5 minutes until translucent.
  • Stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes, creating a roux.
  • Gradually whisk in the seafood stock, simmering for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  • Add the heavy cream, frozen vegetables, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper, stirring well and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Fold in the shrimp and lobster meat, then stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Pour the seafood mixture into a baking dish or ramekins, filling about three-quarters full.
  • Cut each biscuit in half and arrange evenly over the seafood mixture.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley before serving.
