  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and arrange the triangles in a circular pattern on the baking sheet.
  • Spoon a generous amount of filling onto the wider end of each crescent triangle, distributing evenly.
  • Fold the pointed tips of each triangle over the filling, tucking them underneath.
  • Brush the top with the beaten egg to achieve a golden color while baking.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown, keeping an eye on it.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
