Step-by-Step Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine 200 g of chicken with 4 tablespoons of sticky garlic sauce and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Mix well and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes until it shimmers.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  • Carefully add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package instructions, usually boiling for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse briefly under cold water.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the chicken along with any remaining marinade. Toss over low heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds. Serve warm.

Notes
