  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil can substitute with olive oil

For Thickening

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon water adjust as needed for consistency

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Stir well and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the thick noodles. Cook according to package instructions (4-6 minutes), then drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok. Once the oil shimmers, add the marinated pork and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Add the shredded cabbage and sliced mushrooms to the pan, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
  • Add the reserved cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together for 2-3 minutes, allowing the noodles to absorb the flavors.
  • Stir in the chopped green onions and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for an extra 2 minutes, then serve hot.

Notes
