Step-by-Step Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, Italian herbs, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix gently and form into 12 meatballs.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown the meatballs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Cut the slider rolls in half. Arrange the bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Spoon marinara sauce over the rolls.
  • Place browned meatballs on top of sauce. Drizzle more marinara and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Melt butter and mix with minced garlic and Parmesan cheese. Brush over sliders.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let cool slightly, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm.
