  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (or set your air fryer to 375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out your refrigerated pizza dough until flat and slice it into 4×6 inch rectangles.
  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of marinara or pizza sauce onto the center of each rectangle.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan over the sauce on each rectangle.
  • Carefully fold each rectangle in half to form a pocket and press the edges firmly with a fork to seal.
  • Brush the tops of each pocket with the beaten egg and sprinkle with dried oregano or garlic powder.
  • Bake for about 15–18 minutes or air fry in batches for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Allow to cool for about 5 minutes on a wire rack before serving warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
