  • Begin by heating a non-stick skillet over medium heat, adding 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Allow the oil to warm for about 1 minute until shimmering.
  • Add 1 cup of cooked beans to the skillet, stirring gently. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes, or until heated through.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of cooked eggs, 1 cup of shredded cheese, and 1 cup of chopped vegetables. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
