Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) while lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, fresh cilantro, jerk seasoning, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  • Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  • Remove the meatballs from the oven and transfer them to a bowl. Pour BBQ sauce over them and toss until coated.
