  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the four salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet with space in between. Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil over each fillet.
  • Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning over the salmon fillets and rub it into the flesh.
  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • While the salmon is baking, mix together ½ cup of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 1 mashed avocado, and ¼ teaspoon of salt in a bowl.
