Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Heat the fully cooked breakfast sausage links in a skillet over medium heat for about 3–5 minutes, turning occasionally until heated through.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in the same skillet, pour in the egg mixture, and cook for 3–4 minutes until fluffy.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into individual triangles.
  • At the wide end of each triangle, place a portion of the cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Starting at the wide end, roll each triangle toward the point, sealing the filling inside.
  • Place the filled roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake according to package instructions for about 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow the roll-ups to cool for a minute before serving.
