Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 12 ounces Strawberries diced
  • 1 whole Pineapple diced
  • 2 Kiwis diced
  • 3 Mandarin Oranges segmented and halved
  • 1 cup Blueberries

For the Dressing

  • 3 Limes juice
  • 3 teaspoons Honey
  • ½ teaspoon Poppy Seeds

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, and poppy seeds until well combined. Set aside.
  • Wash all the fruit thoroughly. Slice strawberries, peel and dice pineapple, and remove skin from kiwis. Peel mandarin oranges and cut them in half.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, mandarin oranges, and blueberries. Gently fold together.
  • If serving immediately, drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad and toss gently to coat. Serve fresh.
  • For make-ahead, cover the salad and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Add dressing just before serving.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe fruits for the best flavor. Adjust honey based on sweetness preference and serve immediately for maximum freshness.
