  • Bring It All Together: Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to package instructions, about 3–5 minutes until al dente.
  • Combine and Finish Cooking: Once the tortellini is cooked, return the steak to the skillet and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
