Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 10-inch springform pan with parchment collar.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, lime juice, and salt. Chill in the refrigerator.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, stir in taco seasoning and drain excess fat.
  • Layer half of tortilla chips in the springform pan, followed by half of beef, bell pepper, corn, black beans, and cheeses. Repeat layers.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle with chilled sour cream mixture and top with avocado and cilantro.
