  • Carefully pour the broth mixture over the chicken, ensuring everything is coated.
  • Sprinkle rinsed white rice evenly around and on top of the chicken.
  • Cover the slow cooker and set to cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
  • Check chicken's internal temperature with a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches 165°F.
  • In the last 30 minutes, add the frozen peas over the chicken and rice mixture.
