  • Sauté the aromatics by introducing 1 finely chopped large onion and 1 teaspoon minced garlic, cook for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add the spices: stir in 2 teaspoons garam masala powder, 1 teaspoon yellow curry powder, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, and 1 teaspoon salt.
  • Combine coconut milk and tomato paste by pouring in 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk and 1 tablespoon tomato paste.
  • Incorporate the vegetables by adding 2 medium potatoes and 2 medium carrots cut into 1-inch pieces.
