  • Marinate the Chicken by coating the chicken thighs with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • Preheat the Grill or Oven to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Prepare the grill by cleaning the grates and applying vegetable oil.
  • Prepare the Chicken for Cooking by removing excess marinade from the chicken thighs.
  • Grill the Chicken for 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and caramelized.
  • Let it Rest for a few minutes before slicing.
