Step-by-Step Instructions for Pull Apart Pizza Bread

  • Prepare the Garlic Herb Oil by mixing olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, and optional red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan or deep oven-safe skillet.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a 12x18 inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  • Brush the rolled-out dough with garlic herb oil, reserving about 2 tablespoons.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly across the oiled dough, followed by an even layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Slice the dough into 1 inch wide strips, stack 6-8 strips together gently.
  • Cut the stacked strips into 1-inch pieces.
  • Carefully arrange the dough squares in the greased pan with the cut sides facing up.
  • Repeat with the remaining dough until the pan is filled to the top.
  • Brush the top of the arranged dough with remaining garlic herb oil.
