Ingredients
  

For the Base

  • 1 medium Mango ripe
  • 1 piece Habanero Pepper adjust quantity for heat
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic fresh
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

For the Heat

  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice fresh
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly cracked

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients: dice mango, chop habanero (remove seeds), and mince garlic. Measure honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and black pepper.
  • In medium saucepan, combine mango, habanero, garlic, honey, and soy sauce over medium heat. Stir occasionally for 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then transfer to blender. Add lime juice and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust flavors if needed, blending again if adjustments are made.
  • Transfer to an airtight container to cool completely before sealing.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for up to three months. Reheat as needed.
