  • ¼ cup tamari
  • 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions
 

  • Prepare shiitake mushrooms in a bowl with cornstarch.
  • Heat a skillet and add sesame oil.
  • Add the mushroom-cornstarch mixture to the skillet.
  • Whisk sauce components in a bowl.
  • Pour sauce over cooked mushrooms.
  • Remove from heat and prepare sushi rice.
  • Serve mushrooms over sushi rice and garnish.
