For the Sauce

  • ½ cup Honey Substitute with maple syrup for vegan
  • ¼ cup Sriracha
  • ¼ cup Ketchup Reduce for spiciness
  • Sesame Seeds Optional garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine milk, flour, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to whisk a smooth batter.
  • Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter, then roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  • Place coated wings on the baking sheets, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Optional: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the wings for 10-15 minutes.
  • Whisk honey, sriracha, and ketchup in a bowl for the sauce.
  • Toss cooked wings in the sauce and serve with sesame seeds.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze uncooked wings for up to 2 months. Reheat baked wings at 400°F for 10-15 minutes.
