Ingredients

  • 1 batch brownies homemade or store-bought
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream for whipped cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar for whipped cream
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup candies/toppings like Heath Bits

Instructions

  • Prepare your brownies by baking them according to the recipe until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Allow to cool.
  • Create the no-bake caramel cheesecake filling by blending softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then incorporating heavy cream and caramel sauce.
  • Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and cocoa powder until stiff peaks form.
  • Assemble the trifle by layering half of the brownie pieces, followed by half of the caramel cheesecake filling, drizzling with chocolate and caramel sauce, and adding your toppings.
  • Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients, finishing with the whipped cream and more toppings.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

  • Homemade brownies provide a richer flavor.
  • Adding powdered sugar stabilizes the whipped cream.
  • Cut brownie pieces uniformly for even layering.
  • Chill overnight for best flavor integration.
  • Get creative with toppings for a personal twist.
