Ingredients
  

For the Brownies

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 8 oz dark chocolate melted
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

For the Frosting

  • 2 cups American buttercream frosting
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon black food gel
  • 1 tablespoon teal food gel
  • 1 tablespoon yellow food gel
  • 1 tablespoon red food gel
  • 1 tablespoon purple food gel
  • 1 tablespoon pink food gel

For the Decoration

  • 1 roll liquorice for decor

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Prepare the Frosting by splitting American buttercream frosting into seven portions and coloring them accordingly.
  • Preheat your oven to 175°C (340°F) and prepare your baking tin with non-stick spray and parchment paper.
  • Combine melted butter and dark chocolate in a bowl and heat until smooth and glossy.
  • Mix in granulated sugar and whisk in the eggs one at a time until thick and glossy.
  • Fold in cocoa powder and flour, followed by white and dark chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into prepared tin and bake for 30 minutes. Cool for 1 hour at room temperature, then chill for another hour.
  • Cut brownies into 12 squares using a cookie cutter.
  • Pipe green frosting around some brownie squares to create Frankenstein designs.
  • Pipe light yellow frosting lines on others to create Mummy designs and add eyes.
  • Decorate three brownies as Spider Monster Brownies with purple frosting and liquorice legs.
  • Pipe black frosting with a peak on the last three brownies to create Dracula Brownies.

Notes

Use quality chocolate for an enhanced flavor. Chill brownies before cutting them for clean edges.
