Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and your choice of seasonings.
  • Microwave shredded mozzarella for 1-2 minutes until fully melted, then stir until smooth.
  • Pour melted mozzarella into the bowl with the almond flour mixture and stir until a thick dough forms.
  • Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about ⅙ inch thick.
  • Cut the rolled-out dough into triangles or desired shapes using a pizza cutter.
  • Transfer the cut chips onto the lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow chips to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.

Notes
