  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  • Arrange the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle dried minced onions, garlic powder, and black pepper on top.
  • In a separate bowl, mix stuffing mix with chicken broth until evenly moistened.
  • In another bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and sour cream until smooth. Spread this mixture over the seasoned chicken.
  • Layer the stuffing mixture over the creamy base and dot with butter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the stuffing is golden brown.
  • Let the dish rest for a few minutes before serving, garnished with fresh parsley or thyme.

Notes
