Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for 6-8 minutes.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until onion is translucent.
  • Stir in crushed tomatoes and Italian seasoning; simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook manicotti for 6-8 minutes until al dente.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cheeses, egg, salt, and pepper; mix until creamy.
  • Fill each manicotti tube with the cheese mixture.
  • Spread half of the meat sauce in a baking dish; place stuffed manicotti on top.
  • Pour remaining meat sauce over the stuffed manicotti.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

Notes
