  • Whip heavy whipping cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  • In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  • Spread the creamy filling over the prepared graham cracker crust.
  • Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the cream cheese layer, pressing them down slightly.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the layer of mini marshmallows, spreading evenly to cover.
  • Spread marshmallow crème evenly over the cooled chocolate layer.
  • Top with the remaining whipped cream, smoothing it out for an even surface.
