Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted unsalted butter. Press mixture into bottom of a 9x9 inch dish to form a solid crust.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat powdered sugar and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice to the cream cheese mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Gently fold in thawed whipped topping until no visible streaks remain.
  • Spread pumpkin mixture over the prepared graham cracker crust. Smooth the top.
  • Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Before serving, top with additional whipped topping, ground cinnamon, and crushed graham crackers.
