  • 1.5 cups Digestive biscuits Crushed for the base.
  • 0.25 cups Melted butter Helps bind the crumbs together.

For the Toffee Layer

  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk The main component for toffee.

For the Banana Layer

  • 3 Ripe bananas Sliced for layering.

For the Whipped Cream Topping

  • 1.5 cups Heavy cream For whipping.
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar To sweeten the cream.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Enhances flavor.

For Decoration (Optional)

Preparation Steps

  • Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter, then press into a 9-inch tart pan.
  • In a saucepan, heat sweetened condensed milk until it thickens and turn golden brown, then pour over the biscuit base.
  • Slice the ripe bananas and layer them over the toffee once it has set.
  • Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form, then spread over the bananas.
  • Optional: Drizzle dark chocolate and dust with cocoa powder before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.

Notes
