  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
  • ½ cup Diced Green Onions
  • ¼ cup Diced Jalapeños Optional
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips or Crackers

Instructions
 

  • Begin by browning your choice of ground beef or sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Reduce heat to medium and add softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise to the skillet. Stir for 3-4 minutes until blended smoothly.
  • Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, drained Rotel diced tomatoes, diced green onions, diced jalapeños, taco seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir for 2-3 minutes until the cheeses melt.
  • Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently to ensure the dip is heated throughout and creamy.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately alongside tortilla chips or crackers.
