  • 1 cup Powdered sugar

  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil optional

  • Crush the Nutter Butter cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a zip-top bag with a rolling pin.
  • Combine the crushed cookies, creamy peanut butter, and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until a dough forms.
  • Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into 1-inch balls, placing them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate the truffles for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, shaking off excess, and return to the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle sea salt on top of the truffles before the chocolate sets, if desired.
  • Refrigerate the truffles for at least one hour to let the chocolate set.
