Cupcake Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.

  • In another bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and buttermilk until well combined.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  • Fold in the blackberries and dark chocolate chips carefully.
  • Fill the cupcake liners about two-thirds full with the batter.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  • Let the cupcakes cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
