  • In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 2 teaspoons of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Add 1 pound of shrimp, tossing gently to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F to 400°F. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, ensuring they are spaced evenly.
  • Grill the shrimp skewers directly on the grates for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until opaque and slightly charred. Remove and let rest.
  • In a blender, combine the mango, jalapeño, 3 tablespoons of lime juice, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth.
