For the Chicken

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Lean protein

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

For the Broccoli

  • 4 cups broccoli florets Nutrient-rich
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 0.5 cup heavy cream Creamy texture
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley Chopped

Cooking Steps

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C). Allow about 10-15 minutes for the grill to reach the right temperature.
  • Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, then season evenly with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through, then let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Steam broccoli florets in boiling water for about 4-5 minutes until tender and bright green, then set aside.
  • In a saucepan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream and chicken broth, stir, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken.
  • Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Assemble bowls with steamed broccoli and sliced grilled chicken on top.
  • Drizzle creamy garlic sauce over chicken and broccoli and garnish with parsley.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For the best results, store the creamy garlic sauce separately from the broccoli to keep it from becoming soggy.
