Preparation Steps

  • Wet the rims of your glasses with fresh lime juice, then dip them into black sanding sugar to coat thoroughly.
  • Fill each prepared glass with ice cubes, leaving a little space at the top for pouring the mocktail.
  • In a cocktail shaker or large pitcher, combine chilled pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir or shake for about 15-20 seconds until well combined.
  • Pour the pineapple juice mixture into each ice-filled glass, filling them about halfway.
  • Top off each glass with lemon-lime soda, being careful to maintain the fizz.
  • Garnish each drink with lime slices, pineapple chunks, and/or green grapes before serving.

Notes

Store leftover punch in an airtight container for up to 2 days, keeping the soda separate until served for maximum fizz.
