Ingredients
  

For the Brownies

  • 2 boxes Brownie mix 18.3 ounce boxes with specified ingredients
  • ½ cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter at room temperature
  • ½ cup Light brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ½ cup Quick cooking oats
  • ½ cup Miniature chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Halloween sprinkles

For the Frosting

  • ½ cup Unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 2 cups Confectioners sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy whipping cream
  • a few drops Neon green gel food coloring
  • 1 package Candy eye decorations

Instructions
 

Prepare and Bake Brownies

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare a 9" x 13" baking pan with nonstick spray and parchment paper.
  • Mix brownie batter according to package instructions. Pour into the prepared baking pan.
  • In a stand mixer, cream together peanut butter and unsalted butter until fluffy.
  • Add light brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla to the mixture, beating until combined.
  • Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then stir in oats and chocolate chips.
  • Gently fold dry ingredients into peanut butter mixture until just combined.
  • Dollop spoonfuls of the mixture over brownie batter in the pan.
  • Add sprinkles and candy eyes on top and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Allow brownies to cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting.

Make Frosting and Decorate

  • Beat together softened butter, confectioners' sugar, vanilla, and cream until creamy.
  • Add neon green food coloring until blended.
  • Pipe frosting onto cooled brownies and add candy eyes.
