For the Wraps

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 4 slices Deli turkey
  • 2 slices Cooked bacon crispy
  • 1 slice Cheddar cheese

For the Spread

  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise low-fat version optional
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

For the Toppings

  • 1 medium Tomato sliced
  • 1 medium Avocado sliced
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Begin by rinsing the romaine lettuce leaves under cold water and then gently pat them dry with a towel. Lay each leaf flat on a cutting board.
  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, whisking until smooth.
  • Spread a thin layer of the mayonnaise mixture over each lettuce leaf.
  • Layer two slices of deli turkey, cheddar cheese, and bacon on each leaf.
  • Add slices of tomato and avocado on top of the fillings, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Gently roll each lettuce leaf around the fillings, tucking in the sides as you go.
