  • 6 oz white chocolate melts

For Assembly

  • 10 pieces popsicle sticks

Instructions

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Begin by placing your package of Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form, about 1–2 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with 8 oz of softened cream cheese and mix until fully blended and smooth, about 3–5 minutes.
  • Roll the Oreo mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
  • While the pops chill, melt the black chocolate melts according to package instructions, stirring until smooth, about 1–2 minutes.
  • Take the chilled Oreo balls from the freezer and gently insert a popsicle stick into the center of each ball.
  • Carefully dip each Oreo pop into the melted black chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then sprinkle on Halloween-themed sprinkles.
  • Let the pops sit on parchment paper until the chocolate coating has fully set, about 10–15 minutes.

Notes

Store leftover pops in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. They can be frozen for up to 2 months. Best enjoyed cold or at room temperature.
