Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Brew 1 cup of strong coffee using 4 cups of filtered water. Allow the coffee to cool for about 15 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, protein powder, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Blend on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  • Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the cooled coffee, ensuring they are submerged for no longer than 1-2 seconds.
  • In serving cups, layer dipped ladyfingers at the bottom and spoon a layer of creamy filling over them. Repeat the process until the cups are filled, aiming for at least two layers.
  • Cover the cups and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Before serving, dust the tops with extra cocoa powder.
