  • 4 cups Arugula fresh
  • 1 large Apple Granny Smith or Fuji
  • 0.5 cups Walnuts toasted
  • 0.5 cups Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 0.25 cups Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cups Dried Cranberries

  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey

Preparation Steps
