  • 1 cup Strawberries rinsed, tops removed and halved
  • 1 cup Blueberries rinsed
  • 1 cup Raspberries rinsed
  • 1 cup Blackberries rinsed
  • 1 medium Banana peeled and broken into pieces
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Milk or plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon Honey optional for sweetness

Step-by-Step Instructions for Mixed Berry Smoothie

  • Rinse the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries under cool water until clean. Remove the green tops from the strawberries and slice them in half. Peel the banana and break it into pieces. Gather all ingredients including Greek yogurt and milk.
  • Place all the prepared berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and milk into the blender. Drizzle honey if desired. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Check the consistency of the smoothie. If it’s too thick, add more milk a little at a time and blend for an additional 10-15 seconds until desired thickness is reached.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with whole berries if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh berries for the best flavor and nutrition. Adjust sweetness to your liking with honey or maple syrup.
