  • 4 cups Rice Chex cereal gluten-free
  • 4 cups Wheat Chex cereal
  • 2 cups Pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • ½ cup Dried cranberries

  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Chex cereal, Wheat Chex cereal, pretzel sticks, pecans, and dried cranberries. Stir gently with a spatula.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt unsalted butter. Add brown sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the pumpkin spice mixture over the Chex mix in the bowl. Stir gently until coated.
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated Chex mix evenly.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even toasting.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet.
  • Transfer to an airtight container for storage.
