  • 1 cup Strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 count Banana ripe, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup Yogurt Greek or plant-based
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup optional, to taste
  • 1 cup Almond or Oat Milk

Preparation Instructions

  • Wash 1 cup of fresh strawberries and remove the green tops. Peel and slice 1 ripe banana. Gather ½ cup of yogurt and 1 cup of almond or oat milk.
  • Place the strawberries, sliced banana, yogurt, and almond or oat milk into a blender. Blend at medium speed for 30-45 seconds until creamy and smooth.
  • Taste the smoothie. If sweeter flavor is desired, add 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup and blend briefly for another 10 seconds.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Optionally, serve in smaller glasses for a delightful presentation.

Notes

Use frozen fruits for a chillier smoothie and blend thoroughly for a smooth consistency. Store leftover smoothie in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 hours or freeze in ice cube trays for later use.
