  • 2 cups fresh spinach packed tightly
  • 2 ripe bananas well-ripened
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup maple syrup for vegan option
  • ½ cup milk any variety, almond or oat for dairy-free

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients on the countertop: fresh spinach, ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and milk.
  • In your blender, add the fresh spinach, ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and milk. Blend until smooth and vibrant green, about 30 to 60 seconds.
  • Taste the smoothie mixture and adjust sweetness with more honey or maple syrup if desired. Blend again to incorporate.
  • Carefully pour the smoothie mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  • Insert sticks into the molds if provided or cover with aluminum foil and poke holes for sticks.
  • Place molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  • Run warm water over the outside of the molds to loosen the pops, then pull each Smoothie Pop out.

Notes

Store leftover Smoothie Pops in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Wrap individually to prevent freezer burn.
